Can anybody send me a format of Joining Report and Employee Personal Data Form,that is suppose to be filled when a new employee joins an organisation.

in case u still havent got any answers on employment form let me give you a brief outline of it...since i cannot provide you with document i think the following structure/details would be beneficial/helpful to you.

the Employment form consists of the following details(order wise):-

1) Reference........................ (either through any consultancy or any employee reference)

2) Position applied for...................

3) Name.............................................. .........

4) Local Address Permanent Address

5) Married/Unmarried

6) Name of the spouse

7) Educational Qualification

8) Professional Qualification

9) Name of the previous company Designation JDs Starting salary Salary when left

10) Salary break-up in your current organisation

11) major tasks and job responsibilities

12) strenghts & weakness

13) any crminial records

14) and operations or medical reports

15) References of the previous employer

16) remarks to be filled by the panel member who takes the interview (whether the cnadidate has been selected or rejected, salary negotiated and post for which selected and signature of the person filling in the remarks)...

Hi Rivti,
When you mentioned that you wanted a JOining report, i immediately thought of the New JOining report that is used for the management. Because when we say 'Joining report', it ideally should talk about Name of new joiner, Date of joining, Department joined in, Number of yrs of exp, employee id etc.,
Anyways, the one metioned may alos be of some purpose.

Yes as Deepa said, we generally maintain a joining report to track all candidates who are yet to join. The above data can also be used but its primarily used once after a candidate joins.
