Thanks for posting such a wonderful calculation. I haven't yet calculated in our organization. I have been searching for a method to calculate ROI.Are you giving it theoritically or have you worked it in your organisation? In that case what are the decent acceptable ROI percentage/ figures? Once again thanks for sharing.
