Thank you for posting such a wonderful calculation. I haven't yet calculated in our organization. I have been searching for a method to calculate ROI. Are you presenting it theoretically, or have you applied it in your organization? In that case, what are the decent and acceptable ROI percentages/figures? Once again, thank you for sharing.
