Regarding IT Roll and latest Amendments in ESIC.
Who ever working as Regional Director Mr. U .H .Rao gave presentation from Hyderabad.
He had discussed Regarding IT Problems like ,generate on line challan, modify ,etc..
It has been solved almost 99% and gave statement in EEnad on 19.7.2011.
Even online payment will start from Aug. Or Sep. -2011 ,SBI Only.
Latest amendment :
Previous IPhas to contribute 78 days for benefits.
Now if IP contribute 39 days he can get benefits, for depended has to contribute 78days.
Esic will open Medical Collage(M.B.B.S and P.G) in A.P

Reimbursement: Any emergency cases employee can admit in private hospital and he can claim
Through dispensary . Employee has to take certificate from admitted hospital as EMERGENCY CASE.
Now we can apply Accident report through online.
Esic has been project cost is 1200cr with Wipro.

ESIC is issuing two Pehachan cards to IP and his family .

Esic has tieup with 54 corporate hospitals in A.P
Whoever having pehachan card s , IP can get treatment any desire hospital under ESIC list. This is the choice of IP.
Esic has spent 72cr to employees, and average 6cr pay every month.
Which ever hospital claim the bill settlement within 3days credited to respective hospital A/c by ESIC Corporate .
According to Inspectories act 1948,
Previous has taken whoever covered under esic as ten or more
But Now Whoever working as 10 or more in any manfactruing company Act is applicable.
Means whoever drawing more than 15000/- employees and below 15000/- employees consider as above act.
Definition: factory has under gone a change as any premises of precincts where on 10or more persons are employed or were employed on any day for preceding 12 months and in any part of manufacturing in company.
Who ever come to factory work any painting or any repair work anything related to factory. If the worker has occurred any accidents and injuries ESIC will give treatment upto 3 months
