Comparison and Recommendation

Compare and contrast the above models and recommend which model is best suited for your organization and why. Please, experts and seniors, help me with this.

Yes, the question is about a course that I am pursuing from HRDC, New Delhi. It's a certificate course in competency mapping (distance learning mode), and the course duration is 3 months. Right now, I am a fresh graduate from DU, so I can't say which organization I will apply the concepts to. However, I need help to complete this assignment. Please, people, help me. I have to submit it by mid-August!
