Please contact your HR Department, who is dealing with PF-related matters, and ask them to issue a letter stating that the name mentioned in the PF Statement is ______ and your real name as per records is ________, which is the name mentioned in the Bank Account. Further, they can certify that the name mentioned in the PF Statement and Bank Account is of the same person.
This will sort out the issue, and the cheque will be deposited in your account by PF Authorities through NEFT Transfer, for which you will receive the SMS Alert too from the PF Office if you mention your Mobile No at the top of Form 10C and Form 19.
