I need a excel format where i manage all data of vendors their address, email id, conatct details, then what to order , and bill details 7 when i want i found it vendor wise or segregate report wise

Visit the website of Microsoft and download template that suits your need. Whole lot of freely downloadable templates are available.
However, for your kind of work instead of MS Excel, use MS Access. Access is database applicable and quite suitable for this type of requirement.
