- First, appoint a training coordinator.
- Make a training calendar based on identified training or specific training you want to conduct.
- Identify the experts (Trainers) from different functional areas.
- Create a training module (training literature for the specific topic) with the help of concerned persons on the specific topic. It may be motivational or related to their specific work area or a specific problem observed in the production line. If the literature is audiovisual with examples, it will help in better communication.
- Inform HODs to nominate their personnel for specific training.
- Based on the above, create a training schedule.
- Conduct classroom training based on the capacity of your training/meeting room.
- Obtain regular feedback from trainees for improvement.
By doing this, you can easily identify the improvements required in the future and implement them accordingly.
