I Have been drafting the exit & relieving process for my company and want to design an Exit interview form.

I have also drafted a detailed relieving process, but would like any of you to send me your version so that I can compare the one I have draft to the one you use.

Sorry for joining in late on the post. Thanks to Ranjan Kr. Srivastava for sharing the "Interview Exit Form". I thought of adding some design elements to Ranjan Kr. Srivastava's contribution and creating something that can be used by all Citehr members.
The Ms Word file is in an editable format and can be customized as per your individual needs.
Please download the re-designed version of the form inspired by Ranjan's format.

Good to hear that you have finalized the Exit Interview form with the help of our fellow members. Did you try using the "research" tab in this site? If so, you would have got loads of sample formats which would have helped you much better.
