Designation - Hr Designations

HI currntly i am working in a compay and they have apointed me as system analyst and given me payroll / salary working as i have done my mpm and looking for career in hr field so plz help out. will this post give me a exposure to my career i.e HR.?. i want to make career in hr.

according to my point of view it will help in future in your field of hr .
you know admin is also a part of hr and payroll is also the part if hr .
but you should try in recruitment ,selection and performance apprasail,etc. like field .they are the part of he

i did my M.P.M & while interview with hr mgr. i had asked them to appoint me as HR TRAINEE but they denied and offer the :system analyst post.
actually we have hr payroll software hence they might have offered me the same.
but i m confused whilie changing job will it be benificial to me?
