Hi, I am working for an IT consulting firm for the past 3 years, and I have a total of 4 years of strong experience in technical recruitment. However, I haven't been able to find any growth in my career. Please suggest some new ideas to help me advance in my career. Additionally, I would appreciate assistance in learning more about other human resource activities such as statutory compliance, ESI, PF, employee engagement activities, etc.

My only concern is that since I am working in a consulting firm, I am not exposed to HRM functions apart from recruitment.
