Thanks for updating this forum by posting the latest circulars from PESO regarding the online generation of RE-12 by LE-3 Explosives license holders. I request you to share your knowledge on the legal compliance requirements for the usage of explosives at the project site for blasting hard bedding. In our company, for project work, we may need to use explosives for hard bedding extraction. Please, any seniors can also advise me on the requirements of legal compliance as per the Indian Explosives Act.
