Can anybody please help me by providing an Employee Verification Template?
This template would be ideally sent to the company HR where the candidate( shortlisted by our company) has worked before?
Please help me as I require this template immediately...

Attached is pro forma for Employee Reference Check. You can do some amendments to your requirements.
I did use this form during my HR days, however, many times it was not replied.
