Greetings!

I would like to put a query regards to employee issues.

Actually, there are some candidates/applicants who are acting as the employee of the company for more than 1 year but they have never worked with the Company.

Also they have mentioned certain details in the resume which pertains to the company and to which they could have any access (since they have never been the employee of the Company) and it is confidential information which should not be in Public domain. Please let us know the recourse on the same as if following is possible:

1) Lodge a police complaint;

2) Send a legal notice (if this then which act would it attract - Cr.PC etc);

3) Any other suggestion;

Please send me your comments at the earliest possible!

Hi Deepali,
As far as I have understood, this case is related to employees which are showing fake experience.
Best way to deal with such candidates is , going thru Company policies. And take actions accordingly. Max you could terminate such employee.
Legal issues comes in picture when there is a case of attempt to steal company clients / any other things.

I think you should take legal action. now a days one can register complain in poilce for siber crime ,they might have privision for this type of act also.
@senior-plz give ur veiws to lighten us on this topic.
