I need help to decide which external training firm or training partner should I recommend the company for giving a training to the top level managers.

I have already done a Gap analysis of the leadership competencies the managers have and the one they should have and I am still working on it , I would like to ask you where do you provide the training because we are looking for training partners located either in Pune or Mumbai as that is preferable for this company .
