For your information, there is no fixed training capsule to help senior managers/top management develop leadership skills. As you rightly mentioned the personal attention required, I would like to say that you need an experienced mentor more than a trainer who can educate and explain to senior managers/top management the reality of leadership.

Hi all, I am currently trying to compile a leadership training program myself as our company doesn't have (at this stage) sufficient funds, but the training is desperately needed (I am completing my MComm).
