Stuck Waiting for PF Withdrawal Since 2011: Where Should I Follow Up for Help?

Hi, I have a confirmation from my previous employer that my PF withdrawal forms were submitted to the PF office in January 2011. However, to date, I have not received my PF. I am not sure where I should follow up. Can anyone advise?

Please check online about the status of your application at EPFO. Have you mentioned your mobile number at the top of Form 10C and Form 19 so that you can receive SMS alerts for the remittance of the PF amount into your account?
