Experience Certificate - Organization Issue

Respected Seniors please help
I am only HR in an organisation, Am I authorized to sign on the experience certificate issued.

This is depend the Authrization from the orgnization, or If your desigantion not lower than Asst. Manager than you can sign on them.

Dear Harshita Raj
Please prepare an office note stating that all the correspondence regarding administrative matters and certificates pertaining to all the personnel, whatever issued by HR/Admin Department will be signed by Mr.________, as he is the authorised signatory for administrative/HR matters.
Get it signed by the GM/MD of the Company.
Then you can start signing all the certificates and correspondences pertaining to HR / Administration department.
