Login Error - Please Report

But I am not able to see the post as I posted into the discussion so I posted it twice.

Please advise our friend Mr. Giridhar to use forget password option and feed the cite hr registered e mail id in the column. He will get the existing user id and new password in his email and with that he can log in and change to his previous password and come in line.

This will reset your password for the email address registered with us. This method is much easier than the one we were using till now - it lets you set the desired password directly and then click on a verification email link to set the password.
Please pass on the message to anyone who's having trouble logging in. Inconvenience is deeply regretted.

Hi all, I'm niyasharma,From last 3 days all of a sudden i'm unable to loging to citehr. it says wrong PW.
where as i have not change my pw.
my UN is "niyasharma" and suddenly the pw changes.all i request is to change my pw for this UN.
I have also register with cite sales,as vinika and i'm not sure with my email id which i gave for citehr.
can i request administrator to take it seriously as i have may imp things and contacts and many other things.
please help me......by JUST CHANGING THE PW OF NIYASHARMA AND MAIL ME @VINIKA_SHINGALA AT THE RATE REDIFFMAILDOTCOM

This is niya here,
I've been mailing you and trying but nothing is happening,:(
I just checked all my mails and inbox.I'm not getting digest from cite hr where as i'm getting from citesales.
Is it wired?
As i've mention before my un in CITEHR IS niyasharma not vinika.
vinika is my un in citesales!!!
can u please let me know what email id is reflecting on niyasharma's ac.
Pls its urgent....and highly imp too.

The email address registered with the account niyasharma is a @tiscali.co.uk email address
You will need to ask for a reset for this email address to be able to get access to that account.
