Training Effectiveness - Behavioural Training

employee friendly
Need this information on small or medium-sized IT companies - Can you please help me evaluate training effectiveness? I am talking about behavioral training. I am aware of feedback forms; however, I need to know how to evaluate employees once they are done with their training. A post-assessment of behavioral training.

Please could you provide me with a training effectiveness questionnaire? I am not understanding how to measure it.

Hi,

Kindly provide more information about what you do, where, how many people are involved, and at what level, etc.

Actually, I am doing my summer project (MBA) with Steria India Limited, and my topic is to study the different trainings and their effectiveness. There are approximately 1500 employees in the company; it is an IT & BPO company. So, I just want to know how to improve the effectiveness.

Please post messages in "Proper English" avoiding SMS language. What do you mean by "so I just want to know how to remove the effectiveness?" As a student, we should learn to do literature search to see what others have done and how, and why that way. Taking shortcuts will not help the learning process.

Where are you studying and in what mode? Will you be administering the questionnaire to all the 1500 employees? Have you studied Research Methodology as a subject? Please see my thread where I have attached a PowerPoint presentation on RM, at CiteHR.

Have a nice day.

I am pursuing my MBA from Pune University, and I apologize for using SMS language. Yes, I have studied research methodology as a subject, but our professor left midway, so I didn't grasp the essence of the subject. I am planning to gather feedback from all the employees through a random survey. Additionally, I have reviewed Kirkpatrick's model of training evaluation, but I am having difficulty in creating a questionnaire based on it.

Are you a full-time student? If you are planning to get feedback from all the employees, how can it be a random survey?

The effectiveness of training is not something that can be measured easily without determining the objectives of training, etc. Please see posts by Dinesh Divekar on this topic at CiteHR.

Have a nice day.

Hello everyone,

I am thinking of writing a dissertation about the theme of employment development since there is currently not much known about it at my internship company. This means there is no plan for it. Therefore, it would focus on skills and requirements. I have already covered this topic before, and I am trying to avoid repeating it. I am considering exploring the comparison between employment development and organizational cultural change or leadership, aiming to find a connection with employment development. I am facing some challenges in determining the focus. Additionally, I am currently interning at an engineering company. Are there any specific aspects related to this field that I could explore in my dissertation? Please share your thoughts :).
