Seeking Challenging HR Project Ideas: What Would Push My Skills to the Limit?

Hi, I am Bervin Antony, currently pursuing my second year of MBA in HR in Tamil Nadu. I am at a stage where I need to choose my project title. I would appreciate your help in selecting a project title. To give you an idea of the kind of person I am, I will share my strengths and attitude here.

My Approach and Strengths

My approach to my project is to seek a challenging one as I enjoy playing on difficult grounds. My strengths include being a proficient soft skill trainer, having attended 52 soft skill programs. Additionally, I am pursuing an M.Sc in Psychology out of passion. I can easily connect with people and serve as a motivator to my friends, guiding them through their personal issues.

These are my strengths. Please suggest project titles that you consider to be the most challenging. I am eager to take on such a project. I look forward to your valuable response.
