Feeling Left Out: How Do I Request a Car Allowance Like My Colleagues?

Dear Friends, Kindly help in writing a car allowance letter to the HR manager, CC to my department manager. All my colleagues have company cars, even the new recruiters have car allowances, except for me. The company shows partiality, and I don't know why. So, I thought to professionally contact management and send a request letter. I have been with the same company for the last 4 years, working as a Network Engineer. Please draft if possible.

The best thing is to talk to HR first and find out why you are being singled out. Letters are impersonal as such. To give meaning to your letter, a personal meeting/dialogue is important. Written communication should follow a personal meeting.
