please upload some other ,who is favorable for delhi state

Please go through the BOCW (Central) Act 1996 and BOCW (Central) Rules. It will be applicable for Delhi

1. The Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of employment & Condition of Service) Act 1996 and applicable as per States Rules
2. Minimum Wages Act ,1948
3. Payment Of Wages Act ,1936
4. Payment of Bonus Act, 1965
5. Payment of Gratuity Act ,1972
6. Employees' Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952
7. Employees's State Insurance Act, 1948
8. Workmens' Compensation Act , 1923 and Fatal Accident Act 1885
9. Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act,1970
10. The Maternity Benefit Act, 1961
11. Local Municipal / Corporatrion Building Rules , if any
12. National Festivals & Holidays Act , if applicable.
13. House Rent Allowance Act , if applicable for State
14. Labour Welfare Fund Act , If applicable for the State.
15. Pollution Control Board Act & State Rules , for Consent to Established and Consent to Operate.
16. Electricity Supply Act 1948
17. The Environment Protection Act, 1986
18. Petroleum Act, 1934
19. Inter-State Migrant Labour Act.
20. Professional Tax Act , as per State applicability.
