You will then say, "This is not what you wanted!" So, you should know your objective, have a clear direction of where you want to go, and understand how you want to reach the destination. Vagueness will not help you either in your studies or in your career path. Please be specific.

2) Current Trends

3) Types of Training

4) Importance of Andragogy and Pedagogy, Presentation Skills, etc.

5) Training Process: TNA/TNI - organizational level, departmental level & individual level, Training Evaluation - Kirkpatrick model, etc.

6) Importance of Training Manual, Feedback, etc.

Also, you can refer to the process and procedures followed in any particular company by joining them and observing their trainers as a management trainee.
