I am attaching copy of E-Wste (Management & Handling) Rules 2011 notified by the Government on 12.5.2011 and will be applicable w.e.f. 1.5.2012.
It will apply mainly to manufacturers and dealers of electrical/electronic components as specified in Schedule-I.

As per Rule 2 of the said rules, the rules are applicable also on consumers and bulk consumers.

Dear Sir,
I am really helpful to you if you could help me to understand the required document to be enclosed while filing the E-Waste Return in the Form 3 as per E-Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 2011.
The relevant law is silent on this part. Also, the recycle r issued us the Form 13 as per Rule 21 (1) of Hazardous Waste (M, H & Transboundary) Rules 2008.
Is this a valid document?
