Submission of Monthly Returns
When do we need to submit the monthly return by the 25th of the following month using Form 12A, along with Form 5 and 10 (if applicable), and a copy of the challan?
Do I also need to submit the list of employees along with the individual contribution details of the employees as well as the employer (PF, EPS, and EMP-PF) with the 12A monthly return?
Please also inform me whether the monthly return is submitted in a single copy or in duplicate. If it is submitted in a single copy, what records should we keep?
