Dear Seniors,
Looking for the office circular format to save the electricity in the office premises.

Display in English, Hindi and Regional Language in all the office buildings near door,
Please switch of AC, Fan and Lights when you leave the rooms.
Always Natural light and air is good for health instead of Lights & AC.
Please switch off your Monitor while not in Use for some minutes and when not in use shut down the system before leaving the office.
Do not waste water (In Bath room premises)
and Last but not the least
Instruct office boys to switch off the lights, fans, AC and Computers (except UPS Charging Board), while closing the office premises.
Surely these all will give good results

Hi Rakesh,
I advice instead of circular which may not be read or just signed blindly by the staff. If your staff wastes electricity you can include that in your staff KPI's also one can start using idea to save electricity give them points or gifts if they share idea as to how one can save electricity. For eg: In my last organization we had a huge floor and the switch board was in one corner of the floor it was difficult for the facility team to track which portion of the floor light was to be on or switched off. We had ceiling lights so one staff gave an idea to have pull chords. By using that co saved huge amt of light and reduction in light bill.
