New Here and Struggling to Post: Can Anyone Guide Me Through the Process?

Hi all Members, I am new to this site and have tried 2-3 times to post a thread through the indicated process, but I could not see the posted thread anywhere. Can anyone please suggest to me how to post on this site?

Hi Cite Contribution, as suggested by Mr. Bhasker, after clicking on 'recent post', I'm not finding the "share information" box anywhere on the screen. Please suggest, Dinesh and Ramya, are you also facing the same problem?

Dear Hardeep, please click on the Recent Post you will find on the right-hand side (middle) labeled "Complete List of Forums" in black, underlined letters. Click on that "Complete List of Forums." In that screen, select the concerned Category and continue with Forum details. Click on the concerned forum. Then, in the opened window, there will be two options available on the top left side: "Start New Topic" and "Share Files & Formats." If you click on the appropriate box, the discussion/comments box will open. Here, you can type the headings and further type the contents of the subject/query/question, whatever you feel. Then click on "Submit New Thread." There ends your posting of new threads.

In a shorter way, you can open any thread from the Recent Posts link. At the bottom of the discussion/comments box for that thread, you can find a blue box labeled "Start New Topic." If you click it, it will take you to complete forum details, and from there, you can do all the new posts.

Hi, As Bhaskar said, I checked the options for posting threads. Like his comments, I just clicked on the recent posts, and later, I didn't find any options for posting. Could you please clarify how to get started?

Thank you for your suggestion. Now, I have posted a query with the heading "Scope of HR Audit." Kindly, can you tell me if you are able to see the thread in 'Cite HR daily newsletters' posted by different members? I am unable to see it there.

In the top blue bar, click on the My Account. Then, from the drop-down menu, click on the "My Subscribed Discussion". This will allow you to see all the threads you have started and those to which you have replied.

This is an easy way to view all the threads you have replied to since the beginning of your Cite HR registration as a member.
