Hey All,
This happened with one of a close friend....recently...
He joined a company as Sr. Manager, which required to shift his base from Delhi to Chandigarh, and gladly he did so..
Few days(15 days to be precise) after he joined the company, he was asked to renegotiate the salary as the Management believed that the new project will not bring in many profits as they initially thought.
The proposal was that for next 6 months work on less salary than the one agreed mutually upon during finalization stage, and then if everything goes smoothly work on the salary as initially decided upon.
I would like to invite the opinions and insights of members, why do companies play with careers....How can they decide in just 15 days time that the new project will not bring in profits....
how can we all change such practices???
looking forward for responses....do pour in your views.....
