HR Is The Minor Specialization In My MBA Degree.can It Affect My Career In HR Field

Good Evening to all,
I have completed my MBA in 2008 with dual specialization i.e. Marketing as major specialization and HR as minor.After completing the degree I got job in HR field and i have been enjoying the job. can it affect my career having minor specialization in HR.Please give your valueble suggestions

No dude not at all as far as u r enjoying in HR. The only thing dat matters is d knowledge in any field.
At present u r in hr i think since 2 or 3 years, keep on grabbing d knowledge, just chew d acts of labour law n u will not even think of dis question.
