ESIC For Private School Teachers

Hi Seniors,
I am associated with a private school in Gulbarga, Karnataka. I heard that recently in the month of March-2011 there was a announcement that private school teachers are under the perview of ESI. I want to know if that is true. If yes then Can anybody send me the notification or publication about the same.
Also how should I go about it and get correct guidence.

In Karnataka Educational and Medical Institutes are covered under ESI as per Sec. 1(5) of the Act w.e.f 16.03.2011...........In the same notification, coverage of the shops & establishments the no. of persons worked for wages is reduced from 20 to 10.......concerned notification will be uploaded in my next post......
