Paid Holiday Of Election Day

I understand that paid holiday of election day is obligatory on part of employer.
Now please advise for those employees whose office & residence has two different date of election. Whether he will get two days of holiday ? Or compulsorily to come of office area election day.

One person will have only one vote and as such there will be one voting day only. Depending upon his date of election give him leave. Now if all the employees have vote at the place of your office whereas one or two have votes at different places where election will take place on another day, naturally, they can come for work on the day of election at the place of your office and can avail the leave on the day when their respective dates of election comes. If you can not keep office open for one or two persons, it is not due to their fault.

Can any one help me to confirm , whether on by election day is it mandatory to keep office / plant closed like other election days.
