KPI / KRA Forms

Hello,
Very recently I've joined a small size IT organization as Manager Recruitment. I've got to know that there is no formal KPI / KRA process, set for the recruitment team, which consists of 2 members (excluding myself).
Please assist me in how to go ahead with this exercise (of setting the KPI / KRA), also a few KPI / KRA forms will be helpfull in taking this activity ahead.

I am Rishikesh, currently doing one project on KPI questionnaire, which should be common and not specific to particular department, can anybody help me in this regard.

Hi Rishikesh,
KPI's are role specific and each department has individuals with defined roles & responsibilities, which makes the KPI role specific.
In my understanding, I don't think there can be a 'general' KPI in an organization.
