How Do I Set Effective KPIs and KRAs for a Small Recruitment Team? Seeking Advice and Examples

Hello, very recently, I've joined a small-sized IT organization as Manager of Recruitment. I have come to know that there is no formal KPI/KRA process set for the recruitment team, which consists of 2 members (excluding myself). Please assist me in how to proceed with this exercise of setting the KPI/KRA. Additionally, a few KPI/KRA forms would be helpful in advancing this activity.
