Hello,

Very recently, I've joined a small-sized IT organization as Manager of Recruitment. I have come to know that there is no formal KPI/KRA process set for the recruitment team, which consists of 2 members (excluding myself).

Please assist me in how to proceed with this exercise of setting the KPI/KRA. Additionally, a few KPI/KRA forms would be helpful in advancing this activity.

I am Rishikesh, currently working on a project about KPI questionnaires. The questionnaire should be general and not specific to any particular department. Can anybody assist me with this?

Hi Rishikesh,

KPIs are role-specific, and each department has individuals with defined roles and responsibilities, making the KPIs specific to each role. In my understanding, I believe there cannot be a "general" KPI in an organization.
