Urget: KPIs For Telecom Industry

Dear All,
I urgently need the KPIs for Telecom Industry. I would appreciate if someone who is already working in this sector could share some KPIs. I need to review the KPIs of all functions including Finance, HR, Technical, Commercial (Marketing, Strategy, business development etc), Administration, Procurement, IT therefore I need to ensure that all functions are provided with KPIs that ensure optimum achievement in terms of business goals. I have gone through the different sites but the emphasis seems to be on manufacturing and production and rarely the KPIs given can be customized for Telecom.

You know your industry as well as your company very well. Therefore, customisation of the KPIs you will have to do on your own. What applies to the telecom companies may not be applicable to you.
Wipro and Infosys, though both from IT industry have tremendous different style in running their company. FedEx and DHL both operate in 220 countries but then their administration style is unique.
If you expect everything readily available on the platter then what value addition we HR will do?

With all due respect, I think the purpose of this forum is gain knowledge by asking other professionals to provide their input. I have been responsible for the pms in my company and have already developed the KPIs through an extensive exercise. Well as you said different people have different goals and mine is to improve the system as much as possible, which it seems you don't agree to. Plus I think we should encourage learning and add value by contributing something

Good to note that you have developed the KPIs and done the spade work. But then you should upload your work here then only industry-outsiders like me can give you the inputs for improvisations further.

Your inference that I do not agree with the improvement in the system is out of place and not consistent with my comments in this thread or any other thread. Recently, one Prema had asked for the draft of the circular. I told her to draft on here own and then upload it here. Then I have corrected it further. You can check my previous post.

Plus I think we should encourage learning and add value by contributing something.

It would be my pleasure to see if you could add value.

I am glad that you also have started to raise questions rather than give answers on a platter. I endorse your views that bloggers should post their draft versions and seek help to improve rather than just raise a general query.

Kindly do attach your KPI's for reference, which will be followed by suggestions.
Lets not waste time in unfruitful debate. We have to look forward for a solution within stipulated time frame. I am sure, your query's will be solved to an extent only.

For someone seeking help, you are very economical in providing information. I thought you would be a student and I was right. Where are you studying, and in which mode?
Is it in the IT business? Support functions are many including Human Resources. As it is for your project, please conduct a literature survey. Please see my posts in other threads.
