Dear SSM,
The important thing about any vehicle is whether its 1st line servicing is done or not. The driver is supposed to do the 1st line servicing. Secondly, what about the vehicle's monthly checks and other periodical checks? What is the servicing schedule? Another thing is about mileage. You need to record the mileage also. Lastly, when was the vehicle purchased, and what are the expenses on repairs and maintenance? Is the retention of the vehicle costly? A vehicle is a movable capital equipment, and we have to depreciate its value every year. Now we must ask ourselves whether we are overspending on a depreciated asset. When you say "audit," financial audit surpasses all other points.
Thanks,
