Hi all, good morning to everyone. Here, I need your help. I need a few responsibilities of Time Office functions. I am working on:

1. Attendance calculations
2. Punching data collection
3. Leave postings
4. Leave applications follow-up
5. Updating rosters
etc.

Leave Policy Inquiry

I need information on the leave policy. One of my employees is taking every Sunday as his weekly off. He recently applied for 18 days of earned leave (EL). In between the 18 days, he will get 3 weekly offs. So, he is saying that he will apply for only 15 days of EL. Will that be okay? Please send me the leave policies. I would be very happy.

Why don't you install software for attendance and payroll? There are many options available in the market; you just need to customize them according to your requirements. This way, you will be saved from tasks like attendance calculations and leave posting.
