• Are you kidding? 20-25 lakhs for payroll & HRMS software for only 700 employees. With this budget, you can buy an entire company developing such software.
• By disclosing the budget in advance, you are encouraging vendors to inflate prices.

Going in for ready-made payroll software in the market might be risky for many reasons. Why can't you hire a few professional programmers and develop it exactly as per your requirements? There are numerous advantages to this, given the fact that every organization has its own strategy for payroll apart from statutory returns like PF, FPF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.

In today's software market, you will find this application software from a few thousands, but always keep a futuristic vision. Do you have branches? Then you may need net-linked software. Furthermore, apart from being user-friendly, it should have the latest language as a development tool to maintain the system for years to come.

Yes! The prior declaration of the budget (which is too exaggerated) was not necessary.
