One of my friends is planning to start a new staffing Domestic Consultancy. She has good contacts with some companies and has worked as a Recruiter and HR Executive. Now, she wants to go on her own. Can you please provide me with some details she is looking for? She is seeking guidelines on starting a new consultancy, such as the registration of the company, creating a logo, and other details like client dealing, the role of a Business Development Manager, and how to make agreements with companies. First of all, I wish your friend from the team of Citehr all the best for starting a new consultancy.

Now, there are many advocates who can help you to get the ROC (Registration Of the Company) and DIN (Director's Identification Number). The process for getting the ROC is that your friend and her partners (in case if any) have to first apply for DIN. After you get the DIN, the advocate will apply for the ROC, which usually takes 7 - 10 working days.

If the company's name is already registered, the application will once again go with the new suggested name.
