If I have completed 4 years and 200 days in an organisation am I eligibile for gratuity benefits as per our gratuity rules? If yes then what amount I shall get with the current basic of Rs 10000 plus zero DA?

In accordance with the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 you are not entitled to receive gratuity payment from the employer.

You should have completed 4 years and 240 days in the fifth year to be eligible for Gratuity benefits.
Calculation for Gratuity considering Basic Rs. 10,000 and Nil DA will be
((Last Drawn Basic/26)*15)*No of completed years of Service
=(10000/26*15)*5=Rs. 28,846
