Dear Ravi
Do you have record for your monthly PF Recovery in your salary slip. Then you need not to worry about fine/damage/penalty. It is the duty of the employer to deposit the PF Contribution (both employee and employer + Admin charges (12%+12%+1.61%) ) to the respective regional PF Commissionerate.
For your ready reference I am enclosing the PF Act. Please make use of it.

Dear Anil
The same question has been answered many time in this site. You cannot learn swimming by reading some books or attending some theory classes. Please start working in PF Data Preparation, compilation and approach your Regional PF Office and take their guidance. They will further guide you how to remit the money, in which code, what is the percentage, where to deposit the challan and payment, what is form 3A, Form 6A and other procedures required by you.
Wish you all the best dear.
