Dear Rangarajan,
Thank you for your interest in my posts. I also took up research part-time in my mid-50s. Although I presented papers at refereed international conferences and published papers in journals, I did not finish my Ph.D. as my priorities changed mid-course. I used to be a very active Book Review Editor for a few journals on quality with Emerald Group Publishing. Now, due to becoming a grandfather and some physical problems, I am not as active with reviewing work. Nevertheless, I still have good contacts with the company. Emerald is one of the largest publishers of management journals. You may have seen my PowerPoint presentations on Author Workshop and Research Methodology at CiteHR.
Kindly see the journals at
Emerald | HR, Learning & Organization Studies. I am sure there are journals on HR published by other companies such as John Wiley, Elsevier, etc. For example, see
Guide for authors | Human Resource Management Review | 1053-4822 | Elsevier and
Human Resource Management Journal - Wiley Online Library. It's a matter of checking in your library and choosing one that interests you.
Please feel free to pick my "empty" brain.
To save you the task of searching, I am attaching the PowerPoint presentations.
Regards.
