On-Site Statutory Files and Registers: What Do We Need to Maintain?

Hi Friends, what are the statutory files and registers we have to maintain on-site (Projects)? I need this information ASAP. Please help me with this.

Thank you for your quick response. We have a new project in Nalgonda, for which I have to take care of all the statutory requirements. Based on my knowledge, we need to maintain the following registers: Payroll Register, Attendance Register, Wages Register, and Overtime Register.

Dear Sir,

As per the Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act of 1996 of the Haryana government, toilet facilities are mandated at the workplace when the manpower strength is 150 or more. If it is available at a labor hutment 500 meters away from the working place, I would like to request your kind advice, please.
