Struggling with Research on Absenteeism and Turnover? Need Help with Problem Statement and Literature Review

Hi everyone, my topic is absenteeism and turnover. I have to do research about it, but I don't have an idea how to do that. Can anyone tell me what the problem statement and limitations would be regarding that topic and the literature review? Please, if anyone has an idea, do inform me.

So, what are you doing and where? If you are a student, then what course are you on, where are you studying, and in which mode? If the research is for your final project, where do you intend to conduct your study? Have you attended the Research Methodology module? Do you have a tutor guide in your institution who is supposed to give you directions and help?
