Need Help with Measuring KPIs for IT Consultants

I am working in an IT company and was required to create KPIs for functional consultants and the support team. I have developed the KPIs but am stuck on how to measure them, such as what scale to use and how to proceed. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could assist me with this.

Hi All, Thank you for your feedback. We have drafted separate questionnaires for functional consultants and customer support. These questionnaires will be filled out by our clients, based on which we will measure their performance and KPIs.

Challenge: Measuring KPIs Using Questionnaires

The challenge now is to measure their KPIs using these questions. How should we do this and what scales should we adopt?

Why don't you post these KPIs on this page, and I might work something out for you, please? Just one specimen, and then you can use it as the foundation for measuring all other KPIs. Looking forward to it.
