Career In Training - Marketing Training

hi all ,
i am pursuing my final sem mba with hr and marketing specialization . i did my b.tech in electronics and telecommunication and i am interested in pursuing a career in hr , to be precise i would like to get into the training side .
i would like suggestions regarding how to start a career in training and which company should i opt initially, in bangalore so that i could make a good start in training .
