Exploring Careers in Training: HR and Marketing Paths

I am pursuing my final semester MBA with HR and Marketing specialization. I did my B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication, and I am interested in pursuing a career in HR, specifically in the training field.

I would appreciate suggestions on how to start a career in training and which company to initially consider in Bangalore to make a good start in training.
