How Can I Ace an HR Executive Interview Without Training & Development Experience?

I am preparing for an interview for the HR Executive - Training & Development position. I do not have any experience in Training & Development. Please provide me with guidelines or notes on Training & Development for the interview. Your help is urgently needed.
