Need Help Creating Effective Excel Formats for HR Data Tracking and Management

Hi All,

I am working as an HR professional in one of the infrastructure companies. I need help from all the members to maintain the database in the formats listed below to track the following details. Kindly assist me in preparing the formats so that whenever the data is requested, it can be provided promptly.

The details required are as follows:

1) MANPOWER DETAILS

- PERMANENT
- CONTRACT
- TRAINING
- CONTRACTORS
- SITE APPOINTMENTS

Total number of employees working
Preparation on a project-wise basis

2) RECRUITMENT TRACKER

Tracking the number of CVs received and maintained in the database, the number of candidates interviewed, the number of job offers made, and the number of new hires.

3) VACANCIES - PROJECT WISE

4) ATTRITION RATIO - PROJECT WISE

5) DATABASE - ALL EMPLOYEES WORKING AT THEIR RESPECTIVE SITES

I am seeking assistance in creating all the necessary formats.

I'm Parthi. Currently, I'm working in an HR consultancy office as a recruiter. I'm new to this role and have a few doubts:

1. How do I maintain the database of employees in an Excel sheet? Could you please send me the format in Excel?

2. Is it possible to download or save resumes from Naukri to Excel? If so, please guide me on the steps to do so.
