It is mandatory to pay D.A. ,
We have paid salary to all our worker more than minimum wage (structure for salary Basic, HRA , Con. Allow,Other Allow.)

I do agree with Ashish , whatever we pay in totality shuld be more than Minimum wages, except conveyance Amount as , as per minimum wages Act, Conveyance is not the part of wages

If your employment is covered under the list of schedule employments under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 then tell the members the name of your appropriate government for your query. You can also approach your area labour office for this purpose.

As per UP Govt Notification, DA is mandatory irrespective of the quantum of wages that are paid to a worker. it is paid on the basic pay (Min wage)
