Intimation To Local Govt Authorities - New Joinees In A New Company

Dear Friend,
Am currently working in Noida for a private limited company in the hr department.
We are a team of 4 members.
Is there any legal obligation / format to intimate any local / govt officials / body of any new member joining our team.
Do we need to intimate PF, Income Tax, Labour Inspector of any new staff joining us on an ongoing basis.
Please guide.

Apart from the returns filed to EPF, ESI and Welfare Fund, Shops and Establishments or Inter State Migrant Employees...... Acts, as applicable, there seems to be no official returns to be sent to government on a daily basis or on the basis of employees joining an establishment. However, you have to verify whether there exists any notification in this regard because some times the government might have initiated such measures to prevent infiltration of terrorists.
