we are a manufacturing unit in rudrapur. we are paying our manpower contractors as per minimum wages (engg units) which are higher than normal minimum wages for non engg units. Please guide do we need to pay security service provider as per engg unit wages or non engg unit wages because we are paying for guards not for teahnical work.
